FIRMUS Group is pleased to announce that Lachlan Bennett has been formally appointed as Service Manager at our Brisbane facility.
Lachlan has committed over 14 years to the Material Handling / Heavy Vehicle Industry, starting in a parts sales role with Pacific Materials Handling (PMH) in 2010 and subsequently gained experience in a variety of roles that now has him well placed as FIRMUS Group QLD’s Service Manager.
When asked his thoughts on the liquid waste industry, Lachlan reflected that “Our customers’ needs in the liquid waste industry are very similar to our material handling clients, in that they both require a fast turn around and trust that we can do a good job when it comes to breakdowns and maintenance.”
With FIRMUS Group, Lachlan has developed a thorough understanding of vacuum / hydro excavation trucks having undergone training in both mechanics and in-field operation of our units.
